My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds, but the power cords were everywhere. The thin 'comforter' provided was not warm enough, and there were no blankets available. Despite adjusting the air conditioning, the room remained quite hot. The service was excellent overall, with most staff being very nice and helpful, although one encountered person was not as friendly. The location was perfect for our needs, being within walking distance of downtown Oklahoma City and Bricktown area attractions. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, with overcharged prices and sometimes incompetent service. On the bright side, the hotel's facilities were good, providing a convenient stay.

The rooms have noticeable marks and outdated features, but the staff's friendliness compensates for some service shortcomings. The location is ideal for exploring the brick town and nearby attractions.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were neat and tidy, and for a small fee, I could enjoy VIP access to the top-floor bar. The service was friendly and efficient, with Gary at the concierge desk standing out. The location was fantastic, surrounded by restaurants, a convention center, and a basketball arena. While the lack of shops nearby was a downside, the short wait for the breakfast and elevators made up for it. The dining experience offered nice options, but service from the bar staff was lackluster. Overall, a lovely hotel with a few room for improvement.
